I can’t believe it’s finally here! I’m # bound on Wednesday! Two big firsts on this trip: First time attending a conference as a blogger. First time to Chicago!

Excited on both fronts naturally! I’ve begun the packing process and laid my clothes, shoes, handbags, and some accessories out. If there were cameras in our house today, they would have seen me wandering between the guest room (where I laid everything out) and our bedroom closet talking to myself. Thank goodness my only witnesses to this slightly odd behaviour were the boys

I’ve signed up to do the 5km fun run…which should be interesting considering how I feel after the 4km I did today:)

I won’t think about that right now, I’m enjoying all the hydrangeas I plucked from the garden today.
