I’ve mentioned before my love of . And I hinted in my post about my super cute new ring that a post on my fun new coloured denim was on it’s way.

But before we get there, let’s start at the beginning. Earlier this Spring I participated in a Twitter chat with , , and wait for it… the amazing style director for Marie Claire and Judge on Project Runway! The chat discussion was all around the new Joe Fresh line at JC Penney stores in the US. One of which opened around the corner from my parents house in Sarasota, FL!

During the chat I asked both Nina and Joe, “if I were to buy just one item for Spring 2013 what would it be?” The answer was coloured denim. Nina also added that a nice crisp collared shirt is one style item that never goes out of style. I couldn’t agree more!

The moment the chat was done, I emailed my mommy dearest and let her know that Joe Fresh was open right around the corner and would she stop in and check it out for me.
I get my shopping genes from her, so naturally her answer was YES!

Her visit resulted in 3 fun new pairs of coloured denim for this Spring. What a nice surprise!
I love the pink ones! But know all three colours will get lots of rotation this Spring & Summer. A great fit and perfect length for heels, flats, and boots.
